Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Versyon Sports, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

•    You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
•    All returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact and no visible signs of wear.
•    We offer free exchanges within the return window—simply let us know the item you’d like instead.

To start a return or exchange:
Email us at support@versyonsports.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the process.


Refunds

•    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
•    Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
•    If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider for posting timelines.


Order Cancellations

•    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as we aim to process and ship quickly.
•    After 2 hours, if the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
•    To request a cancellation, email support@versyonsports.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.


Non-Returnable Items

•    Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
•    Final sale or clearance products
•    Gift cards
